Design Metropol Hotel Prague is a new 4-star design hotel in the centre of the Czech capital Prague. Its unique nine-storey building with an all-glass façade was completed in 2007.

The hotel is located on Narodni Street, the venue of revolutionary events in modern history of the Czech Republic, in a place where the romantically winding lanes of the Old Town meet Prague’s boulevards pulsating with life.

It takes just five minutes of walk from Design Metropol Hotel to reach some of the most impressive Prague’s historic monuments, such as the Old Town Square with the famous horologue and the Tyn Church, Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, National Theatre, the National Library with the Mirror Chapel, and many others.

Security

The hotel was built with safety and security in mind. That is why is complies to the strictest fire protection regulations. High level of fire safety is guaranteed by a sprinkler system, emergency lift and inflammable materials on the floors and walls. Access to the accommodation part of the hotel is closed to the public and possible only with a chip card. Public areas are monitored by a CCTV system for additional security of our guests. And we have fitted all rooms with safety doorviewers.
