Conditions of accommodation in the hotel from 24.5.2021
Upon arrival at the hotel, the following must be documented at the hotel reception (this does not apply to children under 6 years):
- Confirmation of a negative antigen test not older than 72 hours or a PCR test with a negative result not older than 7 days
or
- prove by confirmation from the employer that they have passed the antigen test with a negative result no later than 72 hours ago,
or
- substantiate the affidavit, resp. a solemn declaration by his / her legal representative that he / she passed the antigen test with a negative result at the school or school facility no later than 72 hours ago
or
- undergo a preventive antigen test, which is intended for self-testing, with a negative result
or
- confirmation of vaccination against COVID-19 and proves that
- a. at least 22 days have elapsed since the first dose of vaccine was administered in the case of a two-dose schedule, but not more than 90 days if the second dose has not been administered,
- b. at least 22 days have elapsed since the first dose of vaccine was administered in the case of a two-dose schedule, but not more than 9 months if the second dose has been administered
or
- confirmation of completed vaccination (14 days after the second dose or 14 days after the first dose in a single dose vaccination schedule)
or
- confirmation from the physician that they have undergone laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 disease, the isolation period has elapsed, and no more than 180 days have elapsed since the first positive POC antigen or PCR test.
After 7 days of stay, the guest must provide a negative test again, antigenic self-test is possible.
